About Us

We coordinate, integrate, and and facilitate the sharing of health information to improve the quality of patient care. Our staff consists of two doctors, a nurse practitioner, four physician assistants, and a dedicated team to provide exceptional care. We offer a continuum of care to patients through in-office visits, telehealth, Encompass Rehabilitation Hospital, and Lakeside Assisted Living.

On-call providers assist patients after business hours to advise appropriate care. Call 410-749-4400, option 5 to reach the provider on call.

For non-urgent matters, we encourage patients to use MYCHART to communicate with our providers and office staff.
