Dr. Usha Natesan is a highly skilled and experienced Board-Certified Internist with a thriving practice since August 1997. She embarked on her medical career by completing her residency, where she excelled and served as Chief Resident in her final year at St. Agnes Hospital in Catonsville, Maryland. Her dedication to providing exceptional care led her to establish the Primary Care practice at Princess Anne, Maryland, McCready Medical Center.

Dr. Monika Thandalam Somasekar is a board‑certified internal medicine physician committed to delivering comprehensive, patient‑centered care for adults. She earned her medical degree from Rajiv Gandhi Medical College in India and completed her residency training through MedStar Health in Baltimore and Luminis Health in Annapolis.

Dr. Somasekar has a special interest in preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and helping patients navigate their care across both outpatient and inpatient settings. She is known for her compassionate and culturally sensitive approach, taking time to listen, educate, and partner with patients to support their health goals. Whether addressing common conditions such as hypertension, guiding wellness strategies, or managing complex care needs, she emphasizes continuity, education, and long‑term well‑being. Outside of medicine, Dr. Somasekar enjoys singing and practicing yoga.

Dr. Rajkumar Raja is an internal medicine physician dedicated to providing evidence‑based, compassionate care that helps patients live healthier lives. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Anne Arundel Medical Center in Annapolis, Maryland, where he was recognized for his excellence in patient and family communication and for completing the Medical Educator Track. He earned his medical degree from the American University of Integrative Sciences.

Dr. Raja focuses on forming lasting, supportive relationships with his patients and empowering them to take an active role in managing their health. His clinical interests include chronic disease management, preventive care, and wellness strategies tailored to each individual’s needs. Patients value his approachable manner, clear communication, and dedication to improving quality of life through thoughtful, personalized care. In his free time, Dr. Raja enjoys composing music, working out, and playing video games.

Ashley McCready is a certified registered nurse practitioner, AANP.  She graduated from Swarthmore College in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with minors in Biology and Black Studies.  In 2012, Ashley graduated from Salisbury University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and finished her graduate studies in 2015 at Wilmington University with a Master of Science in Nursing. Not accepting new patients at this time.

Jacob Bollinger has been a Physician Assistant, PA-C since 2020. He received his Master’s Degree in Medical Science and Physician Assistant Certification from the University of Maryland: Baltimore in 2020 and completed his undergraduate studies at Salisbury University in 2016. He has practiced and has experience in both Internal Medicine and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Nichole graduated from Hastings College in Nebraska with a B.A. in Biology. She completed her Master of Science Physician Assistant degree at Arcadia University in Glenside, PA. Nichole is board certified by the NCCPA. Nichole has spent the majority of her career doing inpatient acute physical rehabilitation/internal medicine.
